Festive Shipping Dates & Opening Times 2023
We're closing for the festive holidays at 2pm on Thursday 21st December.
Our offices & trade counter will remain closed throughout the festive period, and we re-open on Wednesday 3rd January at 8am.
Ensure you visit our Trade Counter on or before Thursday 21st to ensure you're fully stocked throughout the festive period.
Please place all orders on or before Wednesday 13th December so that we can aim to schedule your delivery before the Christmas break.
TCM Own Transport Deliveries
Our last delivery day for our own transport network is Thursday 21st December.
Please note: Thursday 21st December local delivery time is: 08:00 am to 13:30pm.
Courier Network Deliveries
Our last day of courier dispatch is Wednesday 20th December.
Due to courier volumes during this time of year, it is very difficult to guarantee a pre-Christmas delivery for orders placed during this period and shipped via our courier network, we recommend planning & placing orders well in advance of our last courier dispatch day.
Once your order is placed we will endeavour to pack and ship your order the very same day (if ordered before 12pm) with next working day delivery as standard.
We ship all UK mainlaind orders via a next working day service. On the rare occasion that we're out of stock of an item or it is special order from one of our suppliers we will notify you as soon as we have received your order to advise lead times and delivery date - you of course then have the right to a refund if the advised delivery date is unsuitable. We use a next day service as standard on all orders, however we cannot guarantee your order will be delivered the next working day as we have to rely on our courier partners (if outside of our free local delivery area) to complete delivery, sometimes unforseen issues can be out of our control.
All orders are shipped via next day delivery if ordered before 12pm. This applies to stocked items only. Some items may experience lead times of 2-10 working days if the items are not in stock. We will advise upon receipt of order the approximate lead times, if any items are not in stock. Alternatively, please feel free to call us if you need an accurate lead time prior to placing your order.

In order to provide the most competitive pricing we can, delivery charges apply on all order values below £100 NET unless your order is placed in conjunction with a promotional code (sign up to our mailing list to be eligible to receive these offers). See below for our delivery charges. All charges stated are for guide purposes only and are subject to change based on the weight, size and volume or your order and/or any other shipping charges that may be applicable on special order items from our manufacturers and/or the location of the delivery address. We will advise at the point of order if your order incurs any additonal delivery charges to those stated.
Free Local Delivery or Collection
We deliver free of charge within 1 - 5 working days to the following postcodes: TF*, B*, WV*, SY4*, SY1*, SY3*, SY2*, WS*, DY*.
Our free delivery network covers the majority of the West Midlands & surrounding areas.
Delivery will be made via our own delivery vehicle network.
Orders can also be collected from our warehouse within 1 hour of placing your order. Please call us after placing your order for an accurate collection time.

No worries, we offer a hassle free returns policy, just contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order and we're more than happy to process a return for you. Please contact us at [email protected] or call 01952 418 000 before returning any goods.
Providing the goods are unused, unopened and in original condition you can return them to us for a full refund less any delivery charges. If the item was special order it may be subject to a re-stocking charge - see T&C's below.
Unless there has been a mistake on our behalf the cost of return is at your own expense, however we are more than happy to arrange collection for you, our standard return collection charge is £12.50 + VAT per parcel (return charge may vary depending on the weight, length & volume of parcels and location of collection).

Delivery Terms & Conditions
Please note the above charges and information are for guidance only and charges are subject to change at any time. Delivery charges may differ from above as all charges stated are subject to order quantity, volume of order, weight of order and delivery location. We will endeavour to advise any discrepancies at the time of order. All prices stated are subject to VAT.
We always endeavour to deliver goods in the time stated but please note all goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery time is sometimes out of our control. Any dates we specify for delivery are approximate and we will not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by delayed delivery of goods.
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply goods for any reason you will not be charges and we will refund any money already paid. As stated above, we will not be liable for compensating for any other losses that may be incurred if we are unable to supply goods ordered. All delivery service levels stated are applied to delivery service on date of shipment, not date of order.
Returns Terms & Conditions
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from date of delivery for full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges. It is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine saleable condition in their original box and packaging. You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return. Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account. Prior to returning any products, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery. If the goods are not received within 7 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order, your right to cancel will be withdrawn. Goods which have been ordered in directly from manufacturers especially for you may be subject to a re-stocking surcharge. We will advise at the point of return the costs of this re-stocking charge and you will then have the choice to proceed with your return or cancel, by ordering you accept you may be liable for re-stocking charges should these conditions apply and you wish to return goods. We will not be liable for any re-stocking surcharges unless the goods are deemed under warranty by the manufacturer.
